Older adults have a much higher tendency to trip, fall, or struggle to meet their "activities for daily living". For my senior clients, we will work to build strength in the functional movements you partake in every day. Using ACE researched basic movements, the bend and lift, push, pull, single leg, and rotation, we will have you moving at your best in no time. No need to feel pressure in any lifting or cardio categories, we will take your journey nice and easy while putting the "fun" in "functional"!
