Keep track of all your stories!
You have probably heard of Obsidian. You have definitely heard of Google Drive. There are so many options for online work, but if you truly want to protect your work from programs stealing your stories for AI Model training, open up a Note Pad file, or break out the pen and paper.
I keep track of all of my session notes for my in person games in a cheap portfolio I bought at Target. All of my players have beautiful leather bound booklets from the last ren faire we went to. However, you can absolutely just build a folder on you computer or laptop, and start filling it with Note Pad files.
Of course, for those of you less concerned with information stealing, Google Drive will always be the best free option. You can make folders and Docs, and in each Doc you can open more than one page and keep them in organized tabs on the side. Keep in mind, there is a word limit on Drive you will never have in a simple file, as well as with real life writing.
