When you feel like you have nothing but barriers ahead of you, it seems an unsurmountable task to conquer. When you have a program set up to guide you every step of the way, you can see and measure your progress with every passing day. For overweight to obese clients, we will be beginning your training with light weight lifting, and simple walking sessions. No need to fear exhaustion, soreness, or pain, just light work to get your body moving. This will be a scientific approach to weightless, so we want the exercise to entertain, and the mind and body to not be overwhelmed by fad diets.
